Port Harbor Marine in Holden is looking for a Marine Boat Make Ready Technician to join our hardworking, boat-loving team! We are seeking an experienced tech eager to continue to grow as we offer training and support to help you succeed in one of Maine's best marine environments. About the
Job:
As a Boat Make Ready tech you'll rig and prep new and used boats and motors. Assist the sales team with customers, boat shows, displays and customer needs. We work with top-tier brands like: Sea Ray, Tracker, Suntracker, Regency, Boston Whaler, Grady-White, Robalo, Key West, and many more along with Yamaha and Mercury outboards.
Duties may include:
Rigging new boats and prepping for delivery. Outboard prep and rigging and small repairs. Electrionics installation and mechanical systems troubleshooting Routine maintenance and inspections. Boat movement and detailing. Learning from seasoned marine techs (if you're just starting out) Why Join Port Harbor Marine? Schedule:
Monday -
Friday:
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturdays required during busy spring/fall seasons (9:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
Who We're Looking For:
Experienced marine techs OR motivated apprentices. Problem-solvers who enjoy hands-on work Reliable, team players ready to learn and grow Marine or mechanical experience is required. Let's Get You on Board!

$45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
