This hands-on position supports our fleet and field operations through tire service, field response, material and equipment transport, and general shop support. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and comfortable working in both shop and active construction environments. Key Responsibilities Perform tire service and tire changes on pickup trucks, heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and over-the-road vehicles Inspect tires, identify issues, and safely remove, install, repair, and replace tires as needed Respond to field service calls for tire and equipment-related needs to minimize downtime Transport pipe, machine attachments, tools, parts, equipment, and construction materials between jobsites, vendors, and company facilities Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely Pick up and deliver parts, supplies, and equipment to support shop and field operations Assist with shop organization, inventory, tools, and equipment Perform basic vehicle and equipment support, including fueling, fluid checks, and general upkeep Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns Assist field crews with general labor, material staging, site cleanup, and other operational needs Communicate effectively with supervisors, field crews, vendors, and shop personnel regarding service and delivery needs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
