Full Job Description Tower Technician I Pay:

Position Overview At MCE, you're not just another Tower Technician, you're part of a team building real infrastructure with opportunities to grow. As a Tower Technician, you will support ground-up projects across telecommunications, civil, and electrical scopes. This role is critical to keeping job sites productive, organized, and moving forward. You will work alongside experienced crews, gain hands-on experience, and contribute directly to building essential infrastructure. Key Responsibilities- Assist with installation of antennas, mounts, brackets, and wireless equipment
- Support coaxial, hybrid, and fiber cable installation and routing
- Assist with Remote Radio Unit (RRU/RRH) installation and replacement
- Perform groundwork, material staging, rigging, and equipment hoisting
- Work as a tower top hand under supervision
- Install grounding and weatherproofing components
- Maintain organized job sites and perform cleanup activities
- Capture project photo documentation as directed
- Follow company safety procedures and OSHA requirements
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently while supporting the crew What We Expect Consistent attendance and punctuality and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail Strong communication and ability to follow direction from the foreman Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Requirements • Minimum 1+ years of telecommunications or tower experience preferred • Comfortable with heights • Ability to lift 50 pounds plus and perform physically demanding work outdoors • Travel required throughout California.
