Maintenance / Concierge

Job Summary The Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for residents and guests. This position requires a blend of exceptional customer service skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to address various maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. We are looking to cover 5 shifts M-F between 7:30AM and 4:30PM. 20-30 hours a week, some shifts may run longer than scheduled. We rotate maintenance 3 shifts a day. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting residents and guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Assist with the maintenance of the property by performing basic repairs, including pressure washing, and multiple outdoor and indoor maintenance tasks. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment, ensuring all systems are functioning properly. Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance or repair services. Support residential painting projects as required to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the property. Ensure that all work areas are clean, organized, and safe for residents and staff. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service roles with a strong focus on resident satisfaction. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A proactive approach to identifying issues before they escalate.
