This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, infrastructure, and facilities by leading a team of maintenance technicians. The Maintenance Lead will implement preventative maintenance programs, troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Duties Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of daily tasks, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules. Develop and implement maintenance management strategies utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and equipment history. Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems, including HVAC units, low voltage and high voltage electrical systems, and industrial machinery. Interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately. Manage projects related to facilities management, equipment upgrades, or new installations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and budget adherence. Conduct regular inspections of manufacturing equipment and facilities to identify potential issues before they escalate. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to electrical systems (including high voltage), mechanical operations, and general facilities management. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and diagnostics to maintain optimal system performance. Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks that minimize production downtime. Train team members on best practices in industrial maintenance, safety procedures, and new technologies like programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Skills Proven management experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, including working with low voltage and high voltage systems. Proficiency with CMMS software for work order tracking and inventory management. Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and electrical diagrams accurately. Knowledge of HVAC systems and facilities management principles. Experience with industrial maintenance involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics interpretation. Skilled in troubleshooting using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic instruments. Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Fluency in English for effective communication across teams and documentation purposes. Supervising experience demonstrating leadership capabilities in fast-paced environments.
