As we scale our B2B distribution business, we are looking for a Sales Support Associate who will play a key role in supporting our growing sales operations and strengthening relationships with retail partners. If you are highly organized, proactive, and interested in the fast-growing beauty industry, this role offers a unique opportunity to grow with a company that is building the next generation of K-Beauty distribution in the U.S. Position Overview The Sales Support Associate will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth account management and execution across our expanding retail network. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating across teams, and contributing directly to business growth. This is primarily an in-office position based in Torrance, CA, with occasional local travel for store visits and client meetings. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day management of B2B retail accounts Follow up on orders, inventory, billing, and client requests Coordinate with sales, operations, and marketing teams Assist in improving product placement and sales performance Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts Track data, prepare reports, and maintain CRM systems Conduct occasional local store visits to monitor in-store execution Qualifications 0-2 years of experience (entry-level candidates welcome) Strong organizational and follow-up skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Detail-oriented and dependable Comfortable balancing office work and occasional field visits

Preferred:

Bilingual in English + Chinese or Korean Experience with Excel, ERP, or CRM systems Interest in the beauty / cosmetics industry

Compensation Base Salary:

$50,000 - $55,000 Commission Structure 0.5% on mature products 3% on Kreassive brand products

Expected OTE:
