Job Description

CNC MACHINE OPERATOR - 1ST SHIFT

We are looking for a reliable and motivated CNC Machine Operator with basic CNC machine operating knowledge to join our team in Chino, CA .

Location:

Chino, CA Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30

PM Position:

CNC Machine Operator Must be reliable and ready to work

Basic CNC Knowledge Required:

Machine Operation:

Basic understanding of safely operating a CNC machine.

Blueprint Reading:

Ability to read basic blueprints and understand dimensions, tolerances, and symbols.

Measuring Tools:

Basic experience using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.

G & M Codes:

Basic familiarity with common CNC codes and their functions.

Offsets:

Basic understanding of tool and work offsets.

Tooling:

Knowledge of common cutting tools and their uses.

Materials:

Basic knowledge of materials such as aluminum, steel, and plastic.

Quality Inspection:

Ability to inspect finished parts and verify they meet specifications.

Safety:

Understanding of machine safety, PPE, machine guarding, and safe work practices.

Troubleshooting:
