Weekly Pay Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Stable Monday-Friday schedule Weekly pay Opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer of high-performance precision components used in demanding industrial and aerospace applications Position Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Naples, FL. This role is responsible for operating CNC equipment to produce precision-machined components while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. The ideal candidate will have machining experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work from engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment to manufacture precision components. Load materials and tooling into machines and start production runs according to established procedures. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, travelers, and work instructions. Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators. Monitor machine performance and production quality throughout the manufacturing process. Perform routine machine adjustments and tool changes as needed. Identify and report non-conforming parts, equipment issues, and quality concerns. Maintain accurate production and inspection records. Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with manufacturing standards. Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with other manufacturing duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous CNC machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing documentation. Experience using precision measuring equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving measurements and tolerances. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Experience in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing environments is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Frequent use of hands for operating machinery and measuring equipment. Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment and moving machinery.
