Job Title:
CNC Machine Operator Job Description This role focuses on operating CNC machines to produce precision parts in accordance with engineering drawings and work instructions. You will set up and run CNC equipment, inspect parts to drawing requirements, troubleshoot malfunctions, and ensure all machining work meets tight tolerance and quality standards in a clean, well-organized manufacturing environment.- For quicker replies, send resume to

- Responsibilities Operate CNC machines to produce parts that meet drawing specifications and tight tolerance requirements.
Two primary shifts are available:
1st Shift operates Monday through Thursday from 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and 2nd Shift operates Monday through Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. All 2nd Shift employees receive at least three months of training on 1st Shift before transitioning and then earn an additional 10% shift differential. The company provides a clothing allowance that covers pants, steel-toed boots, and shirts, supporting a practical, safety-focused dress code suited to a precision machining environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jupiter, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
