$24-$30 per hour, depending on experience Job Summary Bigfoot Construction Equipment is seeking a dependable and motivated CNC Router Operator to join our manufacturing team in Woodstock, IL. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC routing equipment used to manufacture components for our line of heavy-duty ground support products. We're looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, and capable of keeping production moving efficiently. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor CNC routing equipment for production runs Load and position sheet materials onto CNC equipment Read and interpret drawings, dimensions, cut files, and production specifications Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced accurately and consistently Make machine and tooling adjustments as necessary Inspect finished parts and verify dimensions using appropriate measuring tools Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance Change router bits and tooling as needed Safely handle raw materials and finished products Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow company safety procedures and equipment guidelines Work with other members of the production team to maintain an efficient workflow Assist with other manufacturing and production responsibilities as needed Qualifications Previous CNC router or CNC machine operating experience preferred Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Ability to read drawings, measurements, and production specifications Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Comfortable using basic measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable and able to work independently Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Forklift experience is a plus About Bigfoot Construction Equipment Bigfoot Construction Equipment is an American manufacturer of professional ground support products serving the crane, concrete pumping, utility, construction, and heavy equipment industries .
