We are not a production shop. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience, with a thorough understanding of the setup and operation of Haas CNC Milling centers. Experience with HAAS is a plus. Responsibilities will include setting up, adjusting, and operating basic, specialized, and advanced variation machine tools to perform precision machining operations. This will involve aligning and securing holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines. You will be expected to use overhead cranes, monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process, and edit if needed. To succeed in this role, you must be able to read, interpret, and understand blueprints, drawings, and engineering information in order to determine methods and sequences of operations needed to fabricate products, as well as accurately determine product dimensions and tolerances. Additionally, you will need to select the appropriate tools, machines, and materials to be used in preparation of machinery work. You must be a self-starter, driven to work with a team, and able to work with minimum supervision. What benefits you will receive while employed here:
