Job Description
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in precision machining, is seeking a dedicated CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

M-TH 6am-4:30pm OR M-F 7am-5:30pm What's the Job? Operate computer numerically controlled horizontal lathes, mills, or turning centers to perform machining operations such as turning, boring, facing, and threading. Read and interpret process sheets, blueprints, and sketches to determine operating requirements. Mount workpieces securely and start machining operations, ensuring precision and safety. Perform in-process inspections and spot checks to verify conformance to specifications. Deburr finished products, tag nonconforming materials, and move products to designated areas. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED, or related on-the-job training or experience. At least 1 year of experience in a factory or manufacturing. Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical instructions. Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to follow simple instructions and apply common sense to carry out tasks. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive movements. What's in it for me?
