As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting machining operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

Operate computer numerically controlled (CNC) horizontal lathes, mills, or turning centers to perform machining operations such as turning, boring, facing, and threading parts Read and interpret process sheets, blueprints, and sketches to determine operating requirements Set up workpieces securely and start machining cycles, ensuring precision and quality Perform in-process inspections and verify dimensional adjustments using gauges and measurement tools Maintain machine coolant levels and monitor machine performance during operation What's Needed? High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of experience in a factory or manufacturing. Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical instructions. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to follow simple instructions and apply common sense to carry out tasks. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive movements. What's in it for me?
