Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines. (No Programming) Perform basic machine offsets and adjustments to maintain part quality. Operate Berger grinders, drill presses, belt sanders, and other shop tools safely and efficiently. Run and monitor a Trumpf laser for cutting operations. Operate a press brake to form parts according to specifications. Support brazing line operations, including simple routine checks. Follow established inspection procedures to verify part quality. Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation. Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and 5S standards. Communicate equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors promptly.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CNC machining. Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and inspection procedures. Familiarity with hand tools and shop equipment preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
