In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of CNC operators, ensure precision machining processes, and uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Your expertise in CNC programming, machine operation, and technical troubleshooting will drive production excellence and support continuous improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader passionate about manufacturing and machining technology to make a significant impact on our production processes. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily operations of CNC machines to meet daily production targets. Lead and mentor a team of support staff, providing training on machine setup, programming and quality control procedures. Program CNC equipment using CAD (Computer-Aided Design), CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing), Fanuc controls, and other relevant software to optimize machining operations. Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow; perform basic repairs or escalate as needed. Maintain detailed records of machine performance, production logs, quality control reports, and maintenance activities. Support warehouse activities related to materials handling and packaging to ensure seamless workflow from raw materials to finished products. Skills experience operating CNC machinery Proficiency in CNC programming using CAD/CAM software; Familiarity with factory environment protocols including forklift operation (certification preferred) and warehouse experience. Vcarve or similar CAD software skills for design review or tooling modifications are a plus. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to train team members effectively while maintaining high safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
