Job Description
Please send resume to office_manager@alphatoolandmold.com CNC Mill Operator Perform set-up of workpiece and indicate to set work coordinates. Review program with programmer and load program for operation. Set tools into holders and set heights for operations. Manually program drilling, tapping, milling of 2D pockets, etc… using M and G codes, and/or edit programs. Inspect work performed. Knowledge of using basic measuring tools. Sharpen drills and tooling when time permits. Clean/organize work area. Complete time card daily prior to departure. Communicate and plan jobs with second shift on long running jobs to maximize productivity.
