32 CNC Lathe Programmer / Setup & Operator
1st Shift West Side of Cleveland | Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM-3:00 PM Payrate

We're looking for a CNC Lathe Programmer, Setup & Operator who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and taking ownership of the machining process. What You'll Do:

Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes with Fanuc controls Read blueprints and create programs directly from prints (no significant CAM programming) Produce precision parts while maintaining quality standards Perform inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools Record dimensions on inspection sheets Support and mentor fellow machine operators to maximize productivity

What We're Looking For:

3-5+ years of CNC machining experience (5+ years of programming preferred) Strong experience programming Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience in a short-run, high-mix manufacturing environment Comfortable working in a small company where teamwork and flexibility are valued Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
