) Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards. Load and unload materials using lifts or manual handling techniques as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and operational efficiency. Support inventory management by tracking materials and time. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production. Skills Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of routers and their maintenance. Understanding of manufacturing processes with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods while maintaining focus on safety and quality standards. Excellent teamwork skills combined with proactive communication to support a collaborative environment.
