You'll load fixtures, select tools, set work and tool offsets, and bring a 3-, 4-, or 5-axis VMC online. You read the blueprint, interpret GD&T callouts, and write or edit the G-code at the control to hit the spec. With positional indexers in play, you program precise moves and confirm everything on the Fanuc interface. First-piece inspection follows—micrometers, calipers, height gages, and other precision instruments in hand—before you green-light production and keep a close eye on in-process checks. You'll report directly to the shop President and collaborate with a tight-knit crew to keep parts flowing to aerospace, defense, and medical customers. Our reputation is built on craftsmanship, reliability, and a commitment to excellence. What you will do Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis vertical CNC milling machines. Write and edit basic CNC programs (G-code) and make adjustments at the control. Program and work with positional indexers to meet complex part requirements. Interpret blueprints; apply working knowledge of GD&T (preferred). Perform first-article and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools and gages. Partner with teammates to ensure quality, throughput, and safety. What you bring Minimum 5 years of CNC milling setup and operation experience. Hands-on experience with Fanuc controls. Proficiency in CNC Programming, G-Code, and CNC Machine Setup. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and precision. Desire to work in a collaborative, team-based environment. Schedule & pay This is a full-time, 1st shift position and pays an extremely competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
