Sets up, operates, and maintains laser and turret punch press equipment to produce metal parts according to engineering drawings, specifications, and production requirements. Job Requirements Experience operating turret punch presses and/or laser cutting equipment. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Knowledge of CNC machine operation and basic CNC programming. Experience with quality control procedures and dimensional inspection. Familiarity with measuring instruments used to verify part accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to follow established machine safety procedures. Preferred Skills Previous experience with turret punch presses. Previous experience with laser cutting machines. Experience troubleshooting minor machine malfunctions. Forklift operating experience. Experience with tooling setup, replacement, and maintenance. Job Responsibilities Set up and operate laser cutting and turret punch press equipment. Load and position raw materials on machines according to production requirements. Select appropriate machine programs and tooling for each job. Inspect completed parts for dimensional accuracy and conformance to specifications. Make machine adjustments as necessary to maintain part quality. Maintain, change, and manage tooling used in production. Request maintenance or repair support for tooling and equipment as needed. Run production jobs according to work orders and production schedules. Maintain production records and complete required documentation. Deburr finished parts as required. Package completed parts for shipment or downstream processing. Follow established safety procedures during machine operation and material handling. Operate forklifts as required. Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions. Perform related production duties as assigned.

Pay:
