Sets up and operates Amada RG Series Press Brake equipment to bend and form precision sheet metal according to blueprints, layouts, and templates. Job Requirements 2-5 years of related press brake, sheet metal, or manufacturing experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience setting up and operating an Amada RG Series Press Brake. Experience reading and interpreting blueprints. Precision sheet metal fabrication experience. Basic computer skills. Preferred Skills Experience using an Amada NT Controller. Experience working with sheet metal layouts and templates. Experience performing press brake setup, tooling adjustments, and bend configuration. Job Responsibilities Set up and operate Amada RG Series Press Brake equipment. Bend and form sheet metal according to blueprints, layouts, and templates. Select and install appropriate press brake tooling for production requirements. Adjust machine settings to meet specified dimensions and bend requirements. Verify formed parts against blueprint specifications and dimensional requirements. Perform machine setup changes for varying part configurations and production runs. Use basic computer systems as required for production or machine operation.
Pay:
