Professional Qualifications:

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in CNC machining and programming, specifically within tool making or related fields. Demonstrated ability to independently program CNC milling machines or lathes. Prior experience operating Haas or Mazak equipment, as well as horizontal boring mills, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Perks:

Core Duties:

Produce high-precision tooling and machined components by utilizing both manual and CNC equipment. Manage the setup, programming, and operation of various shop machinery, including Haas and Mazak mills, lathes, and horizontal boring mills. Ensure quality standards by interpreting blueprints, performing machine setups, inspecting finished parts, and resolving technical issues to help maintain optimal production efficiency. Contribute to the manufacturing of molds, dies, fixtures, and custom parts for diverse sectors such as aerospace, medical, automotive, defense, and industrial manufacturing to support client project success.

Technical Proficiencies:

Expertise in CNC programming. Competency in CNC machine setup and changeover procedures. Skills related to the repair of tools, dies, and molds.

Equipment and Technology:

Vertical Machining Centers (3-4 axis VMC) from Haas and Mazak. CNC Lathes (2-4 axis) from Haas and Mazak. Horizontal Boring Mills.
