Experience painting machinery, metal enclosures, skids, or other industrial equipment preferred.
Experience with spray guns and industrial coating application.
Knowledge of metal surface preparation and industrial paints/coatings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to lift and handle painting materials and equipment.
Comfortable working around paint fumes, solvents, and industrial chemicals.
Ability to wear required PPE, including respirators and safety equipment.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including confined spaces or elevated areas when required.

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our manufacturing team. This position will be responsible for painting metal enclosures and large skids used in enclosure manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on industrial painting experience and be comfortable preparing metal surfaces and applying industrial coatings using spray equipment.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and removing rust, grease, and other contaminants.Mask and protect areas that should not be painted.
