Job Description
Looking for a positive individual interested in a few hours a week (~10) - with a passion for crafts, candles, and teaching others! Will work in a friendly and engaging environment where customer service is the priority, ensuring that every single guest enjoys their experience at our Studio.
Job Tasks Include:
- Learning the candle making process
- Guiding customers through candle making process
- Answering phones and helping customers with bookings
- Ensuring every guest gets one-on-one attention and enjoys their experience
- Being passionate and engaging with everyone in our studio
- Working well with other team members
- Covering for other employees and having a flexible weekend schedule
- Sanitizing and keeping the studio clean Shifts vary depending on how busy we are and coworker availability, but our current schedules include shifts within the following studio hours:
- Thursday 5-9
- Friday 12-9
- Saturday 12-9
- Sunday 12-5 Prior experience in teaching is a huge bonus!
