Great Opportunities Responsibilities:
Build and assemble electronic and electromechanical components. Fabricate basic and complex wire harnesses. Perform soldering, crimping, wire stripping, and wire-wrap processes. Assemble chassis, cabinets, and related components. Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and ESD procedures. Use multimeters and other testing equipment. Identify quality issues and complete rework as needed. Meet production, quality, and safety standards. #
HPBR Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of electronic assembly experience is preferred. Experience with soldering, wire harnesses, conformal coating, and electromechanical assembly. Ability to read and understand manufacturing work instructions. Basic computer skills. Ability to lift to 35 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Current certifications a plus / but not required

The Mechanical Assembler will support the assembly and material-handling department. This position involves verifying parts, maintaining inventory, preparing materials for production, and assisting with packaging and assembly needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify parts and materials against work orders and parts lists Issue, receive, and track materials using an ERP system Move materials between inventory and production areas Label, bag, tag, pack, and protect manufactured parts Use basic measuring tools Maintain accurate inventory records Keep work and storage areas clean and organized Follow all quality and safety procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of related experience Mechanical or aerospace experience preferred Basic math and measuring skills Ability to lift to 35 lbs.
