Pay:
$21-22 Per Hour DOE (Includes 10% Shift Differential)
Location:
Fort Collins, CO Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 3:15 PM - 11:45

Join a growing team that values quality, precision, and continuous improvement. What You'll Be Doing Operate selective soldering and wave soldering machines to support circuit board production. Set up, monitor, and adjust equipment to maintain product quality and production efficiency. Inspect completed assemblies and identify any soldering defects or quality concerns. Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards throughout production. Complete production documentation and communicate any equipment or process issues to supervisors. What We're Looking For Experience operating selective soldering or wave soldering machines preferred. Previous electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly experience. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to follow written instructions and manufacturing procedures.
