  • Fort Collins, CO
  • $21/hour + 5% Bonus Opportunity
  • Onsite Position

You'll be part of a manufacturing team producing quality products while building valuable technical skills in a stable, growing environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, following technical drawings, and taking pride in quality craftsmanship, this could be a strong fit.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • + Assemble electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products + Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and BOMs + Perform wiring, cable routing, crimping, and soldering tasks + Conduct functional testing and basic troubleshooting + Complete production and quality documentation + Identify and communicate quality or process concerns + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment + Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams •What We're Looking For•+ High school diploma or equivalent + 1-3+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience + Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings + Experience using hand tools and power tools + Strong attention to detail and quality + Ability to follow detailed instructions + Comfortable working independently and as part of a team •Preferred Experience•+ Technical certification or vocational training + Electronics, mechatronics, or related background + Experience in ISO or lean manufacturing environments + Familiarity with multimeters and testing equipment + IPC soldering certification or equivalent soldering experience •Physical Requirements•+ Ability to sit or stand for extended periods + Frequent hand and tool use throughout the day + Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed + Strong visual attention to detail for assembly work •The Bottom Line•This is a solid opportunity for someone with electro-mechanical assembly experience who wants to continue building technical skills in a manufacturing environment.
