Why This Role Stands Out $21/hour starting pay Additional 5% bonus opportunity Stable Monday-Friday schedule Hands-on technical work Opportunity to build experience in electrical and mechanical assembly Team-oriented manufacturing environment Long-term growth potential What You'll Be Doing Assemble electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and BOMs Perform wiring, cable routing, crimping, and soldering tasks Conduct functional testing and basic troubleshooting Complete production and quality documentation Identify and communicate quality or process concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 1-3+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Experience using hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow detailed instructions Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience Technical certification or vocational training Electronics, mechatronics, or related background Experience in ISO or lean manufacturing environments Familiarity with multimeters and testing equipment IPC soldering certification or equivalent soldering experience Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Frequent hand and tool use throughout the day Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed Strong visual attention to detail for assembly work The Bottom Line This is a solid opportunity for someone with electro-mechanical assembly experience who wants to continue building technical skills in a manufacturing environment.
