  • Electro-Mechanical Assembler Opportunity | Fort Collins, CO
  • Manpower is partnering with a leading electronics manufacturer in Fort Collins to hire an experienced
  • Electro-Mechanical Assembler
  • for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This position offers a strong career path with a growing company while providing hands-on work supporting the production of innovative electronic products.
  • Please note:
  • This role is a
  • second shift position
  • . New hires will complete approximately
  • 9-12 months of on-the-job training (OJT) on first shift
  • before transitioning to second shift. Once moved to second shift, employees will receive a
  • 15% shift differential
  • in addition to their base pay.
  • Position Details
  • + •Training Schedule (First Shift):•Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM + •Permanent Schedule (Second Shift):•Monday-Friday, 3:00/3:30 PM - 11:00/11:30 PM + •
Pay Rate:
  • $25.00 per hour +
  • Shift Differential:
  • Additional 15% once transitioned to second shift +

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • + Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations on components and subassemblies while meeting production schedules and quality standards.
+ Follow operational method sheets, blueprints, schematics, and written/verbal instructions to assemble, modify, rework, and repair products. + Identify and address assembly-related issues and nonconformances. + Utilize proper ESD procedures and quality control practices throughout the assembly process. + Maintain accurate documentation and production records as required. + Collaborate with team members to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives. + Follow all safety, quality, and ISO standards. + Assist in training and mentoring new team members on established procedures when needed.
  • What We're Looking For
  • Experience
  • + Previous electro-mechanical assembly experience required. + Strong understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures and best practices.
  • Technical Skills
  • + Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. + Experience identifying electronic and mechanical components. + Soldering experience is preferred. + Basic computer skills required; SAP experience is a plus.
