Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator & Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical in producing high-quality blood processing disposables by operating specialized equipment, assembling components, and ensuring compliance with strict medical device standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, quality-focused, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Clean Room experience is a plus. This position may require afternoon and evening swing shift hours. Key Responsibilities Operate automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment used in the production of blood processing disposables. Assemble medical device components according to detailed work instructions, drawings, and SOPs. Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality and adherence to ISO and FDA requirements. Maintain cleanroom and controlled environment standards, including gowning procedures and contamination control. Record production data accurately in batch records and electronic systems. Conduct routine equipment checks, minor adjustments, and preventive maintenance. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Identify and report any deviations, defects, or safety concerns promptly. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in manufacturing is a plus. 1-3 years of experience in machine operation or assembly, preferably in medical device or regulated manufacturing. Familiarity with ISO 13485, GMP, or cleanroom practices is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and SOPs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks.
