Full Job Description Description:
Crimping Machine Assembler We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Crimping Machine Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality electrical components and to grow within a dynamic, innovative company committed to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble crimping machines according to technical specifications and assembly instructions Inspect and verify parts and assemblies for quality and accuracy Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to complete assembly tasks Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve assembly issues Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or defects Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing environment Familiarity with electrical components and wiring is preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Basic knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing setting High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus Join our team and be part of a company that values innovation, quality, and professional growth. Requirements:
Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, wiring, or machine-operation experience preferred. Experience with crimping tools or machines is a plus. Ability to read basic work instructions, drawings, or assembly diagrams. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring instruments. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly tasks. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and follow established procedures. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and wear required PPE.
