Job Summary:

• Create accurate pre-operative surgical plans for robot-assisted total hip and total knee replacement procedures.
• Review CT scans to ensure compliance with imaging protocols and quality standards.
• Segment CT images using specialized software to develop 3D anatomical bone models.
• Generate and validate digital surgical plans, including implant sizing and positioning.
• Perform quality reviews to ensure anatomical accuracy and plan completeness.
• Upload completed surgical plans to field-based clinical personnel within required timelines.
• Document all work in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
• Follow standardized work instructions to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
• Meet individual productivity, accuracy, and departmental performance goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful robotic-assisted surgical procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling patient imaging data.
• Continuously contribute to process improvement and operational excellence within the pre-operative planning team.
