1st

Shift:

Mon•Thu | 5:45 AM•4:15 PM (+ Friday OT) 2nd

Shift:

Mon•Thu | 4:15 PM•1:45 AM (+ OT as needed)

Weekend Warrior:

Fri•Sun | 5:00 AM•5:00 PM ( Work 36 hours, get paid for 40! )

Mankato, MN Schedules:

1st

Shift:

Mon•Thu | 5:00 AM•3:30 PM (+ OT as needed) 2nd

Shift:

Mon•Thu | 3:00 PM•2:00 AM (+ OT as needed) Open Opportunities (All Experience Levels) Welder (MIG/TIG)

Focus:

Structural integrity and precision. Pass on-site welding certifications and interpret complex blueprints/weld symbols. Perform equipment adjustments and troubleshoot weld penetration issues. CNC Fabricator /

Brake Press Operator Focus:

Shaping and forming. Operate advanced machinery to cut, bend, and shape steel parts. Use precision tools like micrometers and T-squares to ensure accuracy to job specs. Plasma & Laser Operator (CNC)

Focus:

Precision cutting and material yield. Set up and operate automated CNC cutting systems. Interpret technical specifications and perform basic machine troubleshooting.

Industrial Paint Prep Focus:

Surface finishing and quality control. Clean, sand, and mask units according to strict coating specifications. Identify and correct surface imperfections before the final coating process.

Qualifications & Skills Tool Proficiency:

Ability to use tape measures, combination squares, and hand/power tools.

Physicality:

Ability to lift 25-50 lbs frequently in a fast-paced environment.

Detail Oriented:

High level of accuracy in measuring and following SOPs.

Communication:
