Food Safety & Quality Shift:

3 PM-11 PM EST, Mon-Fri; flexibility for weekends and day/night coverage required. Perform routine quantitative/qualitative testing of raw materials, in-process and finished products. Conduct analytical testing with intermediate supervision and support complex trials. Monitor laboratory instruments; perform calibration checks, preventive maintenance and simple repairs. Document and interpret test results in databases; communicate results to internal teams. Maintain testing specifications and required laboratory records. Follow food safety, quality, regulatory and laboratory procedures. Support compliance programs and cross-functional food/feed safety initiatives. Read and follow SOPs, safety rules, equipment instructions and maintenance procedures. Prepare routine reports and escalate complex technical issues appropriately. Prior laboratory/analytical testing experience preferred.

Pay:

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
