Pay:

$18•28/hour, based on experience, skills, and abilities. Monday•Friday 1st

Shift:

6:00am•4:00pm (paid lunch) 2nd

Shift:

Established company in Brunswick, OH is hiring Precision Grinders ranging from entry-level trainees to experienced setup operators. We are looking for candidates with experience—or an interest in learning—in areas such as: Surface Grinding ID Grinding OD Grinding Flat Lapping Honing Cylindrical / Precision Grinding Machine Setup and Operation Responsibilities Set up and operate grinding, honing, or lapping equipment Read blueprints and work instructions Grind parts to close tolerances and finish requirements Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality Make machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications Entry-Level Candidates:

Strong mechanical aptitude Good math and measurement skills Attention to detail Dependable attendance Willingness to learn a skilled trade

Experienced Candidates:

Previous surface, ID, OD, honing, lapping, or precision grinding experience Ability to read blueprints Experience working with tight tolerances Comfortable using precision measuring equipment Setup and troubleshooting experience preferred Compensation $18•28/hour to start, depending on experience and skill level. #ZR #TALROO
