CNC Machinists-Direct Hire! Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with 2-3 years of machine operator experience to join our new machine shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, loading, and overseeing machines to ensure optimal performance and precision. Responsibilities Prepare and set up CNC machines for operations. Load materials and oversee the machining process. Conduct inspections to ensure machine precision and product quality. Collaborate with a small team to ensure efficient production workflow. Essential Skills 2-3 years of machine operator experience in a machine shop environment. Proficiency in machine operation and inspection. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with CNC machining processes. Why Work Here? The role requires closed-toe shoes and adheres to a standard schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $72800.00/yr. DP, PTO, dental, medical, vision, holidays, Mostly M-F (rarely work weekends), growing and expanding (this is the second Dallas site and just opened), expecting extreme growth and want to promote from within, starting second shift in the next 6-12 months Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Dallas,TX.
