CNC Machinists-Direct Hire! Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with 2-3 years of machine operator experience to join our new machine shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, loading, and overseeing machines to ensure optimal performance and precision. Responsibilities Prepare and set up CNC machines for operations. Load materials and oversee the machining process. Conduct inspections to ensure machine precision and product quality. Collaborate with a small team to ensure efficient production workflow. Essential Skills 2-3 years of machine operator experience in a machine shop environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $72800.00/yr.
