CNC Mill Machinist-Direct Hire Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist proficient in operating 3 and 5 axis machines. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in CNC operations and a dedication to precision and efficiency. Responsibilities Operate and manage CNC mill machines, including 3 and 5 axis setups. Ensure precision in machining parts by adhering to specifications. Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC operations. Essential Skills Proficiency in CNC operations, particularly CNC mill machines. 3-5 years of experience in CNC machining. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with companies such as Owens Machine and Tool, Icon Machine, Precinmac, Applegate, or Decatur Machining is preferred. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. DP, dental, medical, vision, 401k, just redid benefits, performance reviews yearly for pay increases, potential bonuses Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Dallas,TX.
