Waterjet cutting system to produce components in accordance with drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Understand, operate, and maintain the waterjet machine and all required support equipment. Interpret technical drawings, models, and technical documents to ensure appropriate tolerances, edge quality, and stock allowance for downstream machining operations. Program, edit, and troubleshoot cutting programs at the machine, including modifying DXF files, tool paths, lead-ins/outs, kerf compensation, and quality settings. Select and verify correct materials and thickness before cutting; adjust parameters accordingly.
