About the Role As a Precision CNC Machinist, you will play a vital role in our production floor by setting up, operating, and optimizing CNC equipment to ensure high-quality output. You will be responsible for translating technical blueprints into finished components while maintaining the highest standards of precision and efficiency. Responsibilities Configure and manage CNC machinery to meet rigorous production schedules and quality benchmarks. Execute complex machine adjustments and programming tweaks to maximize throughput and minimize downtime. Analyze technical blueprints and engineering schematics to ensure exact part specifications. Perform meticulous quality inspections using precision gaging tools to verify component integrity. Maintain detailed production logs and quality documentation to ensure traceability. Uphold a clean and efficient workspace by adhering to 5S organizational standards. Champion continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical guidance to newer team members. Strictly follow all safety and environmental protocols to maintain a secure manufacturing environment. Required Skills 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a CNC machining environment. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical or process-related challenges. Strong proficiency in interpreting blueprints and engineering documentation. Solid understanding of CNC operations and standard machining workflows. Competency in using precision measurement and gaging instrumentation. Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently. Preferred Skills Experience with advanced CNC programming or machine maintenance. Prior experience in a mentorship or lead operator capacity. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.
