Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30

PM Overtime:

Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM as needed We are hiring an experienced Machine Builder for a full-time position in Akron, Ohio. This is a hands-on position for someone with experience assembling industrial machinery, equipment, and mechanical components. Responsibilities Build and assemble industrial machinery and equipment Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions Install mechanical components, hardware, motors, drives, and related equipment Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment Perform mechanical adjustments and alignments Troubleshoot assembly issues and make necessary corrections Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality Maintain a safe and organized work area Complete assigned builds accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision Qualifications Previous machine building, equipment assembly, or industrial mechanical experience required Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and blueprints Experience using hand and power tools Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues Experience with industrial machinery or custom equipment is preferred Ability to work independently and follow project specifications COM111 Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
