Congoleum Flooring, a leading manufacturer of flooring products, is accepting applications for a Machinist at its facility in Marcus Hook, PA The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience,

• Must have Machinist Experience, Pipefitter a plus
• Machine parts to specifications using lathes, milling machines, grinders, key seaters, and boring mills Able to read blueprints, drawings, and engineering information Capable of holding tight tolerances Work with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials as needed Determine proper feed and speed rates to achieve the required surface finish based on the material being used Check accuracy of work against drawings and specifications Keep area and equipment clean and organized Safely operates equipment necessary to perform tasks, adhering to safety standards.

The employee's work may entail extended periods of standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, working at elevated levels and lifting up to 65 lbs.. (occasionally more) etc. Ensures prompt and regular attendance

• not looking for CNC experience
• High School Diploma/GED + Vocational certifcation
• 5+ years of related experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
