MACHINISTS Job Description Set up and operate CNC mills to produce precision parts while meeting quality standards. Read blueprints, load programs, make adjustments, and inspect finished parts for accuracy. Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance to support production. Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify part dimensions. Complete production paperwork and maintain a clean, safe work area. Work with CNC equipment, machining tools, and overhead cranes in a manufacturing environment. Requirements CNC mill setup and operation experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and machining specifications. Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Experience with milling, drilling, tapping, deburring, or similar machining operations. Familiarity with CNC programming edits and machine adjustments is preferred. Ability to work safely, maintain quality standards, and meet production goals. Aerospace machining or overhead crane experience is a plus.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.52 - $30.75/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
