We transform over 650 properties each year in the : Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, and have a team of over 20 Design Professionals, StagEngineers, & Management. We are looking for dedicated, energetic people to join our team! The Assistant Stager is responsible for assisting and supporting the Lead Stager in their preparation, installation, and execution of a successful stage.
Responsibilities:
Preparation for Stage Pack all accessories from staging shelves with provided materials (bins and foam envelopes) Pack by room and mark bins appropriately for unpacking Transport bins (by rolling rack) to the corresponding truck to be loaded by StagEngineers Pack appropriately tagged lamps in Lead Stager's Car (removing shades & safely wrapping lamp bases all for safe transport) Assemble beds for number of bedrooms and appropriate bed sizes (bins & blow up mattresses) to be loaded on the corresponding truck by StagEngineers Manage Inventory of the Lead Stager's work bag with appropriate materials and tools Communicate with the Lead Stager to assist with any other issues tasks Stage Installation Set lamps in appropriate locations, assemble, plug in, and light Ensure marked bins and bags arrive in the appropriate rooms Unpack bins per room and place accessories in appropriate spots as per "The Recipe" CUT tags off pillows, throws and towels if necessary (DO NOT RIP!) Remove price and manufacturer tags from accessories ○ Stack empty bins and empty foams to be placed back in the truck Assemble beds and place in a designated location in the bedroom Dress bed and steam Clean all appropriate surfaces Locate and correct marks and scratches on furniture Place "go-backs" in bin to be taken back to the Warehouse (packed in Lead Stager's car) After photos make sure all lights are off before leaving After the stage returning to Warehouse Place "go back" bins in the designated return area Place mattresses and bed bins back in mattress area Empty trash bin or bag from stage Stack remaining bins from the stage in designated bin area Check with the Lead Stager to assist with any other issues/tasks before leavingRequired Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience
Physical Requirements:
- Possible prolonged periods of sitting/driving
- Ability to lift 15-35 lbs at times
