As a Production 1st shift, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting assembly and production operations. Shift:

First, Second and Weekend shift What's the Job? Perform daily production and assembly tasks to support manufacturing processes Operate presses and machinery involved in reaction injection molding Trim excess flash from molded parts and conduct quality checks on each piece Assemble parts, mold, and de-mold products efficiently and accurately Cross-train team members to learn multiple functions and support team growth What's Needed? Ability to sit or stand in a stationary position for approximately 75% of the workday Capability to move within the warehouse, including occasional use of stairs Proficiency in using fingers/hands for assembly of small parts and tools Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and vendors Physical strength to lift, carry, or move supplies and products over 35 pounds What's in it for me?
