Perform routine quality assurance checks throughout each production run, including visual inspections, measurements, and documentation of product specifications. Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions, escalating more complex issues to maintenance or engineering as needed. Accurately complete batch records, production logs, and other required documentation in compliance with GMP standards. Monitor machine performance and production output, adjusting settings as necessary to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime. Perform changeovers, minor adjustments, and basic preventative maintenance tasks on production equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S and safety protocols. Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. Adhere to all safety regulations, PPE requirements, and company policies. Train and mentor new operators as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training a plus. 1+ years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment; experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or food/beverage manufacturing preferred. Familiarity with cGMP, FDA-regulated, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments on equipment. Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and batch records. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards. Basic computer proficiency for data entry and production tracking systems. Forklift certification a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends as required by production schedules.

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
