Job Description

Machine Operator Looking for a manufacturing opportunity with at least 6 months of production, manufacturing, or machine operation experience ? This Machine Operator role with a leading automotive manufacturer in Franklin, Indiana, could be a great fit for you! The company manufactures automotive shock and strut products and offers a structured manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and productivity are important. In this role, you will operate production equipment, monitor the manufacturing process, and inspect parts to help ensure quality products are produced. This is a temporary position with a Monday-Friday schedule, competitive pay, and great overtime opportunities.
Machine Operator Duties:
Operate production machinery according to established procedures. Load and unload materials or components from production equipment. Monitor machines and production processes for proper operation. Inspect finished parts for quality and defects. Maintain a clean and safe work area while following company safety procedures.
Schedule:
Day Shift Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Pay:
$15.50 per hour Great overtime opportunities are available.
Machine Operator Requirements:
At least 6 months of manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience. Ability to operate production equipment and follow established procedures. Ability to inspect parts and identify quality issues. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift and handle production materials as required.
