Job Description
- Processes material through the anodize line by efficient use of overhead cranes, with minimum supervision.
- Produces on going line efficiency through timing of customer loads against maximizing process tank usage.
- Understands and is proficient in the operation of all tank procedures, process tank temperatures, running charts for # 1 & # 2 anodize tanks, special running instructions, proper rinse procedures, seal times and tanks for different finishes.
- Maintains required paperwork and process logs.
- Cleans anodize and etch tanks in his/her charge per specified schedule.
- Responsible for proper care, safe and proper use of all tools, equipment and material used in the performance of required duties.
- Reports any unsafe conditions or equipment to Supervisor.
- Keeps work area clean.
- Performs other functions in the department, such as racking, un-racking, and oven operation.
- Abides by all safety rules and regulations outlined in company policies.
