Job Description Shift:
Morning (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
Pay Rate:
$19.00
Specific Responsibilities:
Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
Review specifications for operating sequence of machine
Loads work pieces, operates, runs, and unloads machines to include but not limited to CNC, Press Brake, Laser, etc.
Maintain specifications by tapping, pemming, drilling, grooving, milling, and cutting
Adjust speeds, feeds, and bend allowances
Clean and maintain machine and tooling
Measure finished work to ensure conformance to specifications
Lift work pieces, fixtures, etc.
Maintains clean work area and participates in general housekeeping in department
Detect malfunctions and troubleshoot
Adhere to all company policies
Other duties as assigned Qualifications 1 year metal fabrication shop experience required
Ability to read blueprints required
Ability to speak, read, and write English required
Basic math skills required
Familiarity with various types of metal: Aluminum, cold roll, and stainless steel helpful
Ability to work for 8 hours standing, walking, reaching, and lifting
