  • We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials handling, and quality control standards. The Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining safety protocols, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Duties
  • Operate various types of distillation equipment in accordance with established procedures.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Operating equipment: Distillation operators run and maintain the equipment used in the distillation process, such as stills, reaction process equipment, and plumbing lines.
  • Ensuring safety: Distillation operators must adhere to safety standards and protocols, and may need to control fire hazards.
  • Maintaining quality: Distillation operators monitor production and quality, and make adjustments based on analysis.
  • Recording data: Distillation operators keep records of production variables, such as volume, yield, and utility consumption.
  • Handle materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement lean manufacturing practices aimed at reducing waste and improving productivity.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area to promote a safe working environment.
  • Comply with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations in all operations.
  • Assist in laboratory tasks as required, ensuring accurate documentation of processes.
  • Qualifications
  • Previous experience operating forklifts is preferred; certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and materials handling techniques is essential.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is advantageous for process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in machining or fabrication processes is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safety practices and maintaining a clean work environment.

Salary Information:
The salary range for Distillation Operators vary dependent upon expierence, education and shift. $24
  • 28 per hour.
