Job Summary We are currently hiring Die Cast Operators to join our manufacturing team. Die Cast Operators are responsible for setting up and operating equipment within a die cast cell while ensuring quality products are produced safely and efficiently.

Please note:

Candidates hired for Afternoon or Night Shift will initially train on Day Shift for approximately three months before transitioning to their assigned shift. Responsibilities Set up and operate equipment within a die cast production cell. Monitor and control the quality and process of manufactured parts. Troubleshoot equipment and quality issues. Assist maintenance, tool room, and engineering personnel when needed. Meet production schedules and equipment uptime targets. Maintain acceptable scrap levels. Follow all company safety and quality procedures. Communicate effectively with team leaders, supervisors, and other departments. Follow established work instructions and manufacturing standards. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hand tools. Willingness to learn hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC operations. Ability to follow supervisor directions and work independently or within a team. Strong focus on safety, quality, and attendance. Ability to stand, walk, climb, twist, bend, grasp, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs . Must be comfortable working in an automotive manufacturing environment with industrial noise and hot/humid conditions. Must successfully complete required Die Cast training/OJT requirements.

Pay:

Afternoon Shift:

3:00 PM-11:00

PM Night Shift:

11:00 PM-7:00 AM This position requires approximately 3 months of training on Day Shift (7:00 AM-3:00 PM) before transitioning to your assigned shift. Are you able to complete this training schedule? How many years of manufacturing or machine-operation experience do you have? Do you have previous die casting, machine operation, CNC, injection molding, foundry, or similar production equipment experience? Do you have mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools? Do you have experience troubleshooting machine, equipment, or production-quality issues? Are you familiar with hydraulics, pneumatics, or PLC-controlled equipment? Are you able to stand, walk, bend, twist, climb, grasp, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs during your shift? Are you comfortable working in an automotive manufacturing environment that may include loud noise, industrial equipment, and hot/humid conditions?
